My child had a dental issue which needed immediate attention. This pediatric dental group scheduled the procedure for two months out and downplayed the possible complications of waiting so long. In that timeframe the issue became far worse and we were forced to watch our child in pain. They were unable (and completely unwilling) to have our child seen sooner and when we sought a new dentist they became petulant, rude, and defensive. In the meantime our child’s issue has become far more urgent and complex and will require more extensive and painful dentistry. Inflexible and impossible to work with. It took me numerous phone calls to simply get a copy of an x-ray and they called myself and my new dentist liars while trying to justify their stance on not releasing our records until they were good and ready to do so. Do not come here, they care for your money and not the welfare of your children. I could not possibly be more disappointed.

Absolutely horrible, drove 4 hrs with a referral to extract a bad tooth my son's been suffering with for months. They took more x-rays, told me the same thing my local pediatric dentist said; then told me they don't do extractions. But they have with my other children in the past. My 8hr round trip ended with hasty attitudes and they collected more insurance money to tell me the same thing my local pediatrician told me. Go anywhere but this place! Never seen such a unprofessionalism!

Although the dental service is great, I complained about the arcade game which was very loud to the extent it vibrated through about 3 different walls. When I voicef my concern to a staff member, she shrugged her shoulders. As a migraine sufferers, my day was ruined and I could not tend to my children effectively because of the vibrations and the volume of the arcade projection which triggered migraines so debilitating, the only thing I could do, was stay in the dark for the rest of the day.

They take extra care of my kids they love it so much they keep asking when their next appointment is . They are friendly and my kids love it there . They go and beyond to make them comfortable and happy .
